- When I wake up in the morning, I usually have hot coffee and toast for breakfast.
- At lunch I usually eat healthy, normally I prepare parboiled chicken with potato and salad, I do not accompany it with rice, also once a week I usually go to eat with my son at a restaurant called Chef Paz, and what I eat there it is usually seafood.
In the evenings, I usually have something very light for dinner, just a chamomile tea, at night I'm not usually hungry, so that's enough for me.
I don't eat many desserts, but every once in a while, I crave chocolate, or some dessert with chocolate.
